Dr. Neustadter is a board-certified radiologist with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal radiology. He formerly served as residency director at Hahnemann University and most recently was a staff radiologist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as well as Chair of Radiology at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center prior to taking the position of Chief of Radiology for Inspira Health. He brings 20 years of leadership experience to his current position and has recruited a first class staff to the Cumberland County region.

Dr. Alves is a board-certified neuroradiologist. He has worked in both the private practice and academic settings, where, as an Assistant Professor, he trained residents and fellows. Dr. Alves performs mildly invasive image-guided neurologic procedures such as Myelography (CT & conventional) and Lumbar Puncture. Dr. Bernardi is a board-certified fellowship trained radiologist specializing in cross sectional imaging including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and PET/CT. Dr. Bernardi also has expertise in the use of pelvic MRI in the diagnosis of gynecologic disorders and malignancies. She also performs ultrasound guided interventions, including thyroid biopsies, drainages, core liver biopsies and soft tissue fine needle aspirations.

Dr. Bhagat is a board-certified radiologist with subspeciality training in both Musculoskeletal and Neuroradiology. In addition to interpreting MRI, CT, and ultrasounds, Dr. Bhagat specializes in interventional musculoskeletal procedures such as flouroscopic guided arthrograms, paraspinal nerve blocks, and intra-articular steriod injections. Dr. Bhagat performs fluoroscopic guided lumbar punctures for CT myelography, percutaneous, ultrasound guided procedures for cyst aspirations/biopsies, and CT guided soft tissue/bone biopsies. Dr. Bhagat also does diagnostic extremity/joint ultrasounds to evaluate a variety of tendons, ligaments, and joints.

Dr. Burns is a board-certified radiologist with subspecialty training in abdominal imaging, including the interpretation of US, CT, and MRI. He received his training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he served in the capacity of chief resident. His primary clinical interest is abdominal/pelvic MRI with a focus on MR enterography, multiparametric prostate MRI, and diagnosis and staging of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Dr. Durrani is a fellowship trained body imaging specialist, and is the Director of Ultrasound at Inspira Health. Prior to that, Dr. Durrani was Assistant Professor of Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he taught residents and fellows. Dr. Durrani was part of several research projects involving CT lung cancer screening and CT colonography. He has published articles and book chapters in the medical literature and has delivered several oral presentations at nationally attended courses. Dr. Durrani has also received national awards for his research.

Dr. Herling is a double board-certified physician. Prior to joining Inspira Health she worked at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital as an Emergency Room/ Trauma Specialist for 7 years. While working in the Chest and Body Imaging Sections of Thomas Jefferson University she was appointed the Medical Director of their flagship outpatient center. She is well trained in Diagnostic CT, Ultrasound, and conventional Radiology. Dr. Herling has been chosen as the section chief of Inspira Health's new PET/CT department.

Dr. Lawyer is a board-certified radiologist with sub-specialty training in both Breast Imaging and Musculoskeletal Radiology. In addition to her general diagnostic radiology skills, Dr. Lawyer specializes in multiple interventional breast procedures including biopsies under stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI guidance and preoperative breast lesion localization utilizing both standard wires and SAVI SCOUT reflectors. Dr. Lawyer has also received specialized training in imaged-guided musculoskeletal interventions such as fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided arthrograms, intra-articular steroid injections, cyst aspirations, and both soft tissue and bone biopsies.

Dr. Lazarus' experience includes most aspects of clinical radiology with emphasis on digital imaging. He has trained in all aspects of MRI, CT and Ultrasound as well as CT/PET and Mammography. He is a member of and certified in MRI by the Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society. He has participated in the development and improvement of two of the leading PACS systems. His administrative and leadership experience in both hospital and outpatient radiology departments has lead to his being named vice chairman of radiology with Inspira Health.

Dr. Allison Rosenberg is a board certified radiologist with fellowship training in Women's Imaging.
